Absence Reporting (SubFinder) |
SubFinder can be used to enter sick time, and to schedule a substitute if one is required. For login problems or questions, please contact the substitute office at (913) 239-4084. |

BVEAP (Blue Valley Employee Affinity Program) |
 The Blue Valley Employee Affinity Program is the place to find discounts on products, services and subscriptions that are being offered to our employees. Staff can also find information on continuing education programs, summer employment and field trip opportunities. |

 BV Web, often referred to as the portal, is the internal Web site for the Blue Valley School District. |

 Rubicon Atlas is Blue Valley's curriculum mapping software. If you are experiencing any difficulties with this site, please contact your School Improvement Specialist. |

 The Curriculum Resources site is for Blue Valley teachers and offers classroom resources for each grade level and content area. Check back for frequent updates! It can only be accessed with a SchoolCenter username and password. |

The District Management Guide provides general information and departmental guidelines for procedures for administrative staff. |

Employee Online is a web-based system to allow employees easy access to view their personal data and direct deposit or pay check records. |

 Current employees should visit this section for links to SubFinder, benefits, and other HR-related information. |

 Kronos is an employee tool for clocking in and out of their shifts. It can only be accessed from within the Blue Valley district computer network. |

My Learning Plan is the site for certified and classified staff to access activities for and record professional development for re-licensure and Para educator training hours. |

 The MyHealth wellness site is for all staff to access updated wellness program information, exercise schedules, wellness newsletters and Blue Cross MyRewards information. |

 The NWEA Web site is the place to find all of your MAP score reports, links to DesCartes and to Dynamic Reporting Suite. Blue Valley also has a DesCartes documents page. |

 Printing Services handles the printing needs for the district. This site also contains information on operating the districts copiers (for internal use only). |
