The Blue Valley School District conducts employment background investigations as part of the process of considering your candidacy for employment.

Effective 7/1/12, smoking or use of tobacco products is prohibited in all district-owned buildings, on all grounds and at athletic facilities, in district-leased facilities, on school buses and in all vehicles owned or leased by the Blue Valley School District. Substitute positions:

Blue Valley School District is no longer accepting applications for the positions of Substitute Teacher, Substitute Paraprofessional or Substitute Nurse. These positions will open again this summer for the 2013-14 school year. You are encouraged to check our website and complete the application process at that time. Extended School Year (ESY)

The Classified Job Posting(s) for Extended School Year will be activated March 25th. All applicants, both internal and external, will fill out an online application.

Dates for ESY: June 3rd-July 11th, 2013
Locations: Sunrise Point Elementary and Blue Valley North High School
Hours for ESY: 8am-12pm (Noon) Monday-Thursday
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
For priority consideration, submit your online application between March 25th and April 12th.

All offers of employment for Extended School Year positions will be sent through email. Internal offers will be sent to your current BV email address. External offers will be sent to the email address listed on your application.
